Insurance

We accept most major insurances. Campos Family Dental is a "Preferred Provider" with: Delta Dental, Cigna, Guardian, Comp Benefits, United Healthcare, United Concordia, Dent Max and Blue Cross Blue Shield. We also accept Aetna, MetLife, Humana PPO, Pacificare and many others.  If you do not see your insurance provider listed here, please call us and we will be glad to call it in for you.

We accept Medicaid for patients who are between the ages of 1-20. Medicaid will not cover treatment for a patient who is over the age of 21. We also accept the CHIP program.  If you have a child/children who may be eligible for Medicaid or the chip program you can click on the links above for details on receiving dental benefits.

For your convenience we accept payments made by check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. For those patients wishing to make monthly payments, our Care Credit Program allows you to make affordable monthly payments interest free for up to twelve months. We also give 15% senior citizen discounts.
